Since when can we check in and until when do I have to leave the room?

Check-in is from 15:00 (low season), from 16:00 (summer season), check-out must be done by 11:00.

How can I pay for my stay?

You can pay for your stay with cash, credit card, money orders, gift vouchers or holiday cards.

Which holiday credit cards can I use to pay at the hotel?

We accept Doxx, Edenred/Ticket service and Gusto.
Payment by credit card must be reported in advance when booking your accommodation.

Do I need to pay a deposit when ordering?

As standard, 50% of the price of the stay is paid when booking. For more information please contact the reservation department: or +421 917 654 875.

Can I pay with money orders or meal vouchers?

You can pay for your stay with vouchers and for meals with meal vouchers. For more information, please contact reception at and +421 918 886 715.

What should I do if I can't get in for the booked stay?

In case you need to reschedule or cancel your stay, please contact the reservation department at or by phone +421 917 654 875.

What are the cancellation conditions?

There are no cancellation fees for cancellations made up to 8 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 7 days or less before arrival, we will transfer your deposit to a gift voucher that you can use within one year. See our terms and conditions for details.

Can I specify the location of my room when I book?

Hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. However, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met as this is subject to availability.  There is a €5/night charge for room fixing.

What documents do I need to present when I start my stay?

ID or passport is required at check-in; children require a passport or insurance card.

What are the breakfast, lunch and dinner times?

Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 10:00, lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 and dinner from 17:30 to 20:00.

Where is the nearest doctor or pharmacy?

The nearest doctor – emergency room is in Komárno (15 km). The nearest pharmacy is in Marcelová (10 km). Basic medicines (for temperature, pain, etc.) are also available at the reception.

Can I eat at the hotel with a special diet (gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan)?

We also prepare vegetarian options every day. For example, we have gluten-free bread or plant-based milk substitutes available at all times. If you have a special exception, please inform the reservations department in advance so that our staff is prepared. We can easily prepare meals for you if you suffer from various intolerances (gluten, lactose, histamine, etc.). Please check in with the restaurant staff during your stay for this exception.

Where is the nearest ATM?

The nearest ATM is located at the entrance to the Patince recreation area

Is there somewhere we can put our luggage if we arrive early or still want to use the wellness centre after check-out?

Unfortunately, we do not have a luggage room in the hotel.

What are the extra charges for children's equipment per room?

A cot, bath, potty and a step to the washbasin are provided free of charge at the hotel reception.

Is it possible to buy cosmetics or other accessories for the child at the hotel?

You can buy toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste) for your child at the hotel reception. In the wellness shop you can buy diapers for swimming, wet wipes, baby cosmetics – shower gel, shampoo, in the summer season lotion or suntan oil, gel against insect bites. There are also various toys and swimming equipment (bikes, armbands).

Does the hotel have a children's play area with babysitting?

We have two children’s play areas in the hotel, adapted to different age groups. They are available throughout the week and during themed stays. Babysitting must be requested a few days in advance before arrival.

Do you have a room in the hotel where I could feed or bathe the child?

On the first floor of our hotel, you will find the so-called Mummy’s Room (No. 101), open to the public all year round, where you can wash your baby in the bath, feed him, pour him tea or warm up his food (you will find a microwave oven and a kettle there). There are also baby cosmetics for your baby (shower gel, oil, baby wipes).


Is there thermal water in the pools?

In our pools we use water from our own thermal spring Hévíz with a temperature of 27°C, which springs from a depth of 200 m. The thermal water in Patince is characterised by its high content of bicarbonate, calcium, magnesium and sulphate, which has a very beneficial effect on the musculoskeletal system and its diseases. The Pool World is a complex of pools using water from a thermal borehole, which is specially treated to ensure that it is hygienic and healthy.

What pools and saunas can I find in the hotel ?

There will be a large relaxation pool with various attractions, a children’s pool with a water slide, a relaxation pool and a whirlpool. The sauna world consists of Finnish, Swedish, steam, herbal and infrared saunas, you will also find a relaxation room and an ice bath.

What is the temperature of the water in the pools?

The water temperature in the relaxation pool is 28 – 30 °C, in the children’s pool 32 – 34 °C , the sitting pool and the whirlpool are 35 – 36 °C.

Can I use the wellness centre even if I am not staying at the hotel?

The wellness centre is also open for non-staying guests according to the terms and conditions. You can buy individual or group access at the reception according to the price list.

Can I rent swimwear or swimming equipment for my children at the hotel?

Swimwear and swimwear can be purchased from the Wellness Shop, located on site.

Is there wheelchair access to the wellness world in the hotel?

Yes, you can access the pools and saunas through our sauna world, which is wheelchair accessible.

Do you have outdoor pools during the summer season?

During the summer season there is a small children’s pool, a sports pool with a slide and a climbing wall, a recreational children’s pool with attractions, a swimming pool with 3 water slides, a swimming pool, a relaxation pool and a sports pool.


When and on what route are sightseeing cruises held?

Sightseeing cruises take place from the opening of the boating season (May) until its closing (turn of October / November) every Saturday at 14:00. During the summer season, cruises are held 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday). The boat departs from the port, which is approximately 2 km away, on the route Patince – Moca – Patince. The whole cruise takes about 1 hour. See more information about sightseeing cruises.
