Our hotel reception is at your disposal 24 hours a day. You can contact us at any time for any questions, reservations or requests. We will pass on all important information regarding your stay at our hotel.

• CHECK IN at the hotel is from 15:00 p.m.
• CHECK OUT at the hotel is until 10:00 a.m.
• LATE CHECK OUT – if you wish to check out late, please contact our hotel reception for availability. Late check-out until 1 p.m. / 20 €, until 3 p.m. / 30 € per room.
• EARLY CHECK – IN – if you wish to check in earlier, please contact our hotel reception for availability. The price of the service is 20 €.
• TRANSFER – if you are interested in transfer, please contact our hotel reception, we will be happy to arrange a taxi service from Komárno to your arrival / departure.
• EXTRA BED – if you are interested in adding an extra bed to your room, please contact our hotel reception or reservation department. The price of extra bed is 50 € / night.
• LOSS OF CHIP BRACELET – in our hotel, you pay for everything with a chip bracelet. If you lose it, we charge a €33 fee for each chip bracelet.

Free WI – FI internet access is available throughout the hotel.

Free parking is available in the hotel car park during your stay.

You can indulge your appetite in the hotel’s stylish restaurant with a capacity for 80 people. Delicious culinary specialties, regional and international dishes, ingredients from local and regional producers and suppliers as well as the friendliness and warmth of our staff will guarantee an unforgettable gastronomic experience. During the summer months, you can also enjoy your meal or drink on the summer terrace by the pond.

Breakfast and dinner without drinks are included in the price.

Dress code in the restaurant – casual dress is recommended. Guests are not allowed to enter the hotel restaurant in a swimsuit, bathrobe or with a pet.

• Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant next to the hotel reception from 7:30 – 10:00
• Dinners are served from 17:30 – 20:00
• Lunch – A la carte menu is available during restaurant opening hours from 12:00 – 15:00.

Please inform us in advance about gluten-free, lactose-free or other special dietary requirements.

Facilities available to our guests – iron and ironing board on loan souvenir sales, tourist information services, audiovisual conference equipment rental (flipchart, data projector, plasma TV, as needed…) photocopying, secretarial services, interpreting, assistant services

When making your reservation, please inform us of your child’s needs. Baby cot (subject to availability), high chair, baby step, baby bath, baby bath, potty, bottle warmer, baby fuse for socket, baby bathrobe, children’s menu in the restaurant are available and free of charge on request.
At the hotel reception you can buy baby essentials – water diapers, swimming sleeves or swimming gear. A children’s menu is available in the restaurant.

Every Friday and Saturday during the off-season, and daily during the summer season, the hotel offers fun programs for children and adults – pool exercises, competitions, kids’ parties, and mascot discos. During your stay, you can use the kids’ corners located by the hotel reception and in the Thermal Park.

We accept the following types of credit cards in our hotel Master Card, VISA, VISA Electron, International Maestro. The hotel reserves the right to authorize payment cards upon arrival.

The hotel has 2 rooms for disabled guests.

Our hotel is also Pet friendly. Staying with pets (dogs and cats) is possible with us. However, it is not allowed to stay with them in the catering areas – restaurants and bars, also in the Thermal Park, Wellness Centre, children’s play areas and in the outdoor area of the hotel and the Thermal swimming pool Patince. In case of your interest, we will be happy to lend you free of charge food and water bowls. In all public areas, dogs must be on a leash and accompanied by their owner. Pets must not be left unattended. From November 1, 2025, a pet fee of €20 per night will be charged.

Wellness Hotel Patince is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only allowed on the outdoor terraces. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms and balconies a € 50 cleaning fine will be charged per violation.

The price includes unlimited access to the Thermal Park and Wellness Centre –
