• FAMILY TICKET – Ticket for 3 persons, of which at least 1 child must be under 18 years of age. Ticket for 4 people, of which there must be at least 2 children under 18 years of age. For additional children up to 18 years old (3 or 4 people), the ticket price is €12. The maximum number of people per family package is 6. Family admission can be purchased online at shop.wellnesspatince.sk without a club card or at the ticket offices with the Patince Aqua Card club card. We will issue the card to you at the ticket office while you wait
• ALL-DAY ENTRY TO THE THERMAL PARK FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN – indoor pool world, to all indoor thermal pools: large relaxation pool, sitting pool, jacuzzi, children’s indoor pool with slide.

• CHILD up to 5,99 years / up to 120 cm  – 1 € entry accompanied by a paying adult.
• CHILD from 6 years / over 120 cm and up to 15 years of age.
• STUDENT – from 15 to 26 years old (proof of studies), holders of ISIC, ITIC and EURO<26.
• SENIOR – Over 60 years of age, valid photo ID or passport.
• DISABLED persons shall be proved by a valid identity card.
• PATINCE AQUA CARD – loyalty program a one-time fee for issuing a chip card is €5.

• CHIP CREDIT CHARGING – the guest will charge a credit of 30 € to his chip bracelet in advance. Unused credit will be refunded upon departure.
• ONLINE SHOPPING – tickets in the form of electronic vouchers and gift vouchers are on sale at ESHOP. Tickets can be purchased at least 1 day in advance.
• TICKET TIME LIMIT – 30 min. free for eating and dress change with the purchased ticket.
• ONE-TIME ADMISSION TO THE WELLNESS CENTRE – valid for max. 3 hours.
• Additional surcharge for extended entry to the Thermal park – each hour – 2 €.
• Penalty for losing a chip bracelet – in case of loss, we charge a penalty of €33 for each chip bracelet.
• The Wellness centre is available for persons under 6 years up to 12 years of age until 17:00 every day. Entry is not permitted for children under 6 years of age.
• Discounts cannot be combined or cumulated. Please report payment by card in advance.
• Prices subject to change. Prices are in EUR and include VAT.
• The operator reserves the right to restrict or close certain parts of the venue without refund or discount on admission fees.
• Tickets are valid from 1 September 2026.
